Dreammire Studios

1. Eligibility and account responsibilities

Accounts are for individuals interacting with Dreammire Studios (careers, member area, and related features). You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential, and use only one account unless we expressly allow otherwise. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Age eligibility is an open policy decision (see Privacy Policy). Do not register if you are below the minimum age counsel sets for this service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Abuse authentication, rate limits, or bot protections (credential stuffing, automated account farming, etc.).
Spam or misuse the contact form, verification email flows, or careers applications (including fake or harassing submissions).
Attempt to access other users' data, staff tools, or admin functions without authorization.
Interfere with site integrity, scrape in a way that harms the service, or reverse-engineer systems beyond what law permits.
Upload or submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content via any form we provide.

3. Intellectual property

Games, branding, site copy, artwork, and other Dreammire Studios / Yumeru Studios materials are owned by Vexoris Holdings OÜ or its licensors. You receive no ownership interest by browsing, applying, or holding an account. Portfolio links you submit remain yours; you grant us permission to review them for hiring evaluation.

4. Termination and deactivation

You may delete your account in Settings (Danger zone). We may deactivate or restrict accounts for security, abuse, inactivity policies we publish later, or legal compliance. Staff/admin tools can deactivate accounts; deactivated users cannot use an active session.

Career applications may remain in anonymized form after account deletion for hiring records, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Liability and governing law

The site and services are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vexoris Holdings OÜ limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Estonian or EU law.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Estonia, with courts of Estonia having jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Counsel should confirm the final jurisdiction clause.
